Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns, exchange and cancellation policy

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase.

If more than 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS

Assuming you return your purchase within 14 days from receipt, to be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING packed in an appropriate shipping container.
  2. Contact our support team at support@vybeexpress.com to know the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not return the product to our UK address, all products must be returned to the return facility address confirmed by our customer service agent, otherwise, we may reject your return.

Once you have shipped the package please send us an email to provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility. Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your return.

Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS

Any approved refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. You can identify the credit under the name Vybeexpress – Arquett LTD.

We will initiate the credit to your original payment method over the purchase amount of the returned product minus an admin fee of $9,95 within 2-3 business days.

The time of processing the credit may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 working days.

A refund of orders made by bank transfer will be completed on the original bank account within 48 hours from issuance of credit note and only after receiving the bank details from customers.

The refund is made on the same currency as the original order. A possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), and you prefer a refund and your request has been approved for being compliant with our Return Policy requirements, you must return such an item to us to the address provided by our Customer Service.

Late or missing refunds

If you have received a refund confirmation from us but have however not received the amount back on your bank account, please contact your credit card company before contacting us.

CANCELLATIONS

Our team is amazingly fast in processing the orders that are coming in, but we know mistakes can happen while ordering, we have a 1 hour time window in which you can change or cancel your order.
Please email us directly on support@vybeexpress.com and we will help you with your request.

If the order was already sent out before you cancelled, you must decline the package when the mailman delivers it to you. This ensures that the order will be returned to our warehouse and we can reimburse the payment received from you for that particular return. This includes the costs of the shipping fee charged to deliver the item to you and would be paid back not later than 14 days after receiving the package back in our warehouse.
